1. Information we collect
When you contact, book, authorize, or receive service from TrueDraft, we may collect information you provide such as your name, phone number, email address, service address or general location, appointment information, dryer and vent details, notes, photos you choose to submit, service authorization records, text-message consent records, and payment or transaction information handled by our payment or booking providers.
Our website and service providers may also collect basic technical information such as browser or device information, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location derived from network information, and interactions with ads or website links.
2. How we use information
We may use information to schedule, provide, document, and follow up on services; communicate about appointments, questions, estimates, receipts, or service issues; record service authorizations and consent choices; process bookings and payments; send text-message follow-ups when a customer has opted in; improve our website, advertising, customer experience, and operations; prevent misuse or fraud; and comply with legal or business recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell customer contact information as a standalone product. Subject to the specific mobile-data protections above, we may share information with service providers working on our behalf, when reasonably necessary to provide a requested service, to protect TrueDraft or others, in connection with a business transfer, or when required by law.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, business records, accounting, dispute resolution, legal compliance, consent and opt-out records, and the purposes described in this policy. Different records may be kept for different periods.
8. Your choices
You may contact TrueDraft to ask about personal information you have provided, request a correction, or ask that information be deleted when we are not required or reasonably entitled to retain it. For recurring TrueDraft text messages, reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may also adjust browser settings to limit cookies.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, but no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, messaging program, or providers change. The effective date above indicates the current published version.
